IN TODAY’S EXPERIENCE
You will be introduced to the reality that you’ve been carrying a lot.
There’s nothing to fix here - just to notice.
Listen to the day’s audio reflection, simply giving yourself over to it. When you are ready, attend to the Embodied Practice.
-
1) Sit or stand comfortably.
2) Take three slow, full breaths. Let each exhale carry a subtle acknowledgment of tension or responsibility, leaving your body.
3) On the fourth breath, silently notice the weight you are carrying. Name it quietly in your mind: decisions, deadlines, expectations…
4) Let your awareness rest there for a moment without moving toward change.
5) Slowly open your eyes or return your attention to the space around you. Notice how the body feels now, even if just a little lighter or more spacious.
-
Take a few minutes (as long as you wish) to reflect:
• What am I carrying today that I haven’t fully noticed?
• Where do I feel tension or tightness in my body?
• Where, if anywhere, is there a sense of quiet or ease already present?
There are no answers to get right. There is no need for judgment. This is simply about naming, noticing, and giving yourself permission to arrive.
