IN THIS EXPERIENCE

You’ve named what you’re carrying, likely noticed its impact - today is an invitation to let your guard down.

Leaders of every ilk—founders, non-profit execs, and mission-driven leaders in particular—are used to responsibility and getting things done. Make the effort to see what you’ve named and noticed and let it be.

Attending: Day 3 - Seeing Without FixingFinal

  • When something arises today—frustration, fatigue, irritation—silently name it:

    “This is frustration.”

    Then let it be.

  • Ask yourself, without judgment:

    • What do I habitually try to fix in myself?

    • What happens when I simply notice instead?

    • Where does tension ease when I stop intervening?
