Choose one ordinary moment from your day - walking to a meeting, pouring coffee, opening your laptop - and do it 10% slower than usual. Nothing dramatic. Just enough to notice.

Take as much time as you wish and notice:
• Where do I feel rushed—even when no one is rushing me?
• What happens when I slow just slightly?
• What does my body tell me about pace?
