Most people have dozens of encounters every day—moments that shock and surprise us. Most never make the time to reflect on those encounters, thwarting transformation. Simply attend, allowing what you’ve noticed in reflection to rest.

  • Once today, notice where your body naturally relaxes—even slightly. Let that moment linger.

  • Spend as much time as you wish, asking:

    • Where did I feel most like myself today?

    • What moments felt grounding or familiar?

    • What does “attending” feel like in my body?
